Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of pickwellgoods.shop and every purchase you make from Pick Well Goods. By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms. Please read them before you buy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. Questions about anything on this page can be sent to support@pickwellgoods.shop.
1. Who We Are
Pick Well Goods is an online retailer of everyday household goods, operating at 1200 Grandview Avenue, Suite 210, Columbus, OH 43212, United States. Our catalogue covers kitchen tools, cleaning supplies, home organization, pet supplies, travel gear and office items. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Pick Well Goods, and “you” means the person using the site or placing an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, and legally able to enter a binding contract. By ordering you confirm that the payment method you use belongs to you or that you have the account holder explicit permission to use it.
3. Products, Descriptions and Availability
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials, dimensions and intended use. Photographs are representative; colours vary between screens, and packaging may be updated by manufacturers without notice. We do not warrant that descriptions, images or other content are entirely free of error. All items are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities per customer or discontinue an item at any time. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell; your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we ship.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in United States dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable. Shipping is charged according to our Shipping Policy: free over $49.00, otherwise a $6.95 flat rate. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price and your order has not shipped, we will contact you to confirm whether you want the item at the corrected price or a full refund. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor using industry-standard encryption. We do not store full card details on our servers.
5. Orders, Confirmation and Cancellation
You receive an automated confirmation email when we take your order and a second email with tracking when it ships. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where an address cannot be verified, where the item is unexpectedly out of stock, or where a purchase appears to be for resale. If we cancel an order, we refund it in full. You may cancel an order yourself at no cost any time before it enters fulfilment by emailing support@pickwellgoods.shop.
6. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Delivery times, carriers and rates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your right to return goods, the 30-day window, who pays return shipping and refund timing are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy. Both documents form part of these terms and are published on this site.
7. Accounts
If you create an account you are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us immediately at support@pickwellgoods.shop if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend or close accounts used for fraudulent orders, abusive contact with our staff, or repeated chargebacks filed without first contacting us.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other customers data, to scrape the catalogue at scale, or to introduce malicious code. Product reviews and any other content you submit must be your own honest experience and must not be defamatory, obscene or infringing. We may remove submitted content at our discretion.
9. Intellectual Property
The Pick Well Goods name, logo, site design, written copy and original photography are our property or used under licence, and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written permission. Manufacturer brand names and trademarks appearing on product pages remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the goods.
10. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Products carry any manufacturer warranty stated on the product page, and our own 90-day defect cover described in the Refund and Returns Policy. Beyond that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” without further warranty. Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost time. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
11. Product Safety and Intended Use
Use each item for its intended purpose and follow any instructions supplied with it. Kitchen tools contain sharp edges, cleaning products may require ventilation, and pet products should be supervised in use. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse or from modification of a product.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the business changes. The version published on pickwellgoods.shop at the time you place an order is the version that governs that order. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a revised effective date.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Please contact support@pickwellgoods.shop first with any dispute: almost everything is resolved by email within a day or two, and we would much rather fix a problem than argue about one.
