This Privacy Policy explains how Pick Well Goods (“Pick Well Goods”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you visit pickwellgoods.shop, create an account, place an order, contact our support team or subscribe to our email list. We operate an online store selling everyday household goods to customers in the United States, and we want you to understand exactly what happens to the information you give us. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to run the shop. When you place an order we collect your name, shipping address, billing address, email address and, if you provide one, a phone number used solely for delivery questions. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor’s secure form; Pick Well Goods never sees or stores your full card number, expiry date or security code. We retain only the last four digits and the card brand so that our support team can match a payment to an order when you ask about it.

When you browse pickwellgoods.shop we also collect limited technical information automatically: IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, the pages you view and the time you spend on them. This is standard web server and analytics data. If you create an account, we store your login email, an encrypted password hash, your saved addresses and your order history. If you subscribe to marketing email, we store your email address and the date and source of your consent.

How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to process and ship your order, send transactional messages such as order confirmations and shipping notifications, answer support requests, process returns and refunds, detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, meet our tax and accounting obligations, and improve the store based on aggregate browsing patterns. Data Retention and Security

Order records are retained for seven years to satisfy United States tax and accounting requirements. Account data is retained while your account is open and for twenty-four months after your last activity, after which inactive accounts may be deleted. Marketing subscriber records are deleted within thirty days of unsubscribing. We protect data in transit with TLS encryption across the whole site, restrict internal access to staff who need it, and review access permissions regularly.

Your Rights and Choices

You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, provide a copy of it, correct anything inaccurate, or delete information we are not legally required to keep. You may also opt out of marketing at any time. Residents of California and other states with consumer privacy statutes have these rights under law, and we extend the same process to every customer regardless of where they live. Children’s Privacy

Pick Well Goods does not sell to children. The store is intended for customers aged eighteen and over, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under thirteen. Changes to This Policy
